Why and how to join

By joining the Centre of Excellence for Practice Learning you gain access to a wide range of benefits and resources.  This includes access to the Journal of Practice Learning, the Research Lab, research findings, dedicated YouTube channel, resource links and a community of like minded students and professionals.

In order to join, click on the sign up link at the top right hand side of the page and follow the instructions.  You will need to provide an e-mail address, create a password and agree the terms and conditions. 

Once you have done this you will need to verify your e-mail before completing your membership applicaton (you'll be sent a link to a screen like the one below).  You can select a membership group and add a photo if you want to.  An admin should aprove your membership within 5 working days (ofen sooner).

ASYE Assessors' online forum

The Skills for Care ASYE assessors’ forum brings together ASYE Assessors from across the country and is an opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas about what works well with the ASYE and where there are areas for improvement. 

The forum is open for anyone assessing NQSWs from both adults and child and family services.

Members access to Anti-Racist resources

Anglia Ruskin University are proud to be leading on a partnershp working group to promote racial equality in social work practice learning.  Regular meetings have been taking place with various actions followed up.

One of those actions was to share informationa on different anti-racist social work models.  These resources are now available to members - head to the members hub to find out more.
